Christina and Dan are amazing realtors. I’ve used them three times over 8 years for two home purchases and one home sale all in Midland. Most recently for my home sale, Christina was able to advise me on the staging of my home and had a photographer and videographer take amazing HGTV-quality pictures and video. I had to move across the country relatively early in the home sale process, which was worrying, but they were able to take care of my home through snows, etc. it really helped give piece of mind when I was over a 1000 miles away. Dan was even able to replace my shower heads after an Inspection! She was able to sell my home at a great price during the most difficult time of the real estate cycle - over the holidays! She made the process easy and allowed me to focus on buying my new home and starting my new job across the country! Christina also helped me buy an investment property in Midland a few years ago that’s producing wonderfully! Christina and Dan know about almost every house in Midland. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have been through multiple relocations in the last 15 years and got to work with many excellent realtors but I would say that Dan and Christina are the most professional, efficient and responsive realtors we had the chance to work with. They went well beyond their formal duties in order to help us make a deal happen. We sold our house amidst one of the worst crisis in the real estate market. It was an unprecedented time when many of the typical services were not considered essential, amongst other significant challenges like social distancing, etc. They helped remove each and every barrier out of the way and closed the deal in a timeline considered beyond possible. I listed my home with Rich and was overall extremely pleased and happy with the sale of my home! He did a great job with listing my house on multiple sites and conducting an open house to get as many views as possible. I had multiple offers after only a week on the market and was able to sell quickly and make more on the sale than I thought possible! Rich is very personable and truly wants to help people. My only reason for 4 stars on process is due to the fact that Rich is newer to real estate. This is not to say that he didn’t do an excellent job though. When he wasn’t 100% sure he inquired with a senior real estate agent in his office to get me the correct information. Since none of us know it all and can always improve upon what we do know I appreciated that greatly! I’d rather work with someone who isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know, but I’ll find out for you” rather than give me incorrect information. Thank you for everything Rich! Christina and Dan are a dynamic realty duo! I was relocating to the area and knew barely anything about the area. Christina offered me honest and thorough advice about the neighborhoods that would suit my lifestyle. Immediately, I felt much better about the area I was looking for. I was very particular about what I wanted: an open floor plan, great tree-lined neighborhood, character, and space in the budget to allow for renovations to accommodate my allergies. Also, I have a weak spot for large square footage and a touch of luxury AND this was going to be my first single family home. So it was a tough order and I was also on a learning curve. Christina led me towards great homes that suited my needs - which were changing as I learned more about single family homes. During showings, I greatly appreciated Dan’s insight about maintenance, cost of ownership, cost of repair, and flooding potential - a valid concern in Midland. I would doubt that most realtors have the extensive memory to know about individual home’s builders, renovations, flooding, over-improvement, over-prices, sound pollution, past owners, you name it. I really felt secure that I would not be led into a home ownership nightmare!! I was able to get an excellent deal on my home and I had a great deal of equity in the home on day one!!! This was perfect as I have already started my renovation and I still have some space in my home value - a perfect match for what I needed. Christina was very patient to listen and guide me through the emotions of home buying, of which I had many!!! Dan was very nice to mediate discussion between my mom and I! Haha. They have also been helpful AFTER The transaction with recommendations for painters, contractors, etc and have had an open ear to my questions about how renovations will influence Anyhow, I would recommendations will influence home value. I them to anyone and plan to use them in the future. Did I mention that Dan also saved my mom and I when my car was encased in ice one morning?! What customer service!

I had been looking for buying a house in midland and working with a realtor agent. His response was, however, so slow, which led to the situation that the houses were sold even before I got to see them. Dan is a great realtor, works 24 hours a day and is always available. Not everybody works a 9-5 and he understands that. He helped us find the perfect home in a great neighborhood and we can't thank him enough. If you don't choose to work with Dan either buying, selling or both you are making a mistake. Hands down the best realtor in central Michigan.

Dan and Christina were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of selling our starter home and buying our next house! We worked mostly with Christina, but had the added benefit of having Dan's help as well. Christina gave us guidance on how to prepare our home for sale, helped price our house right, and then provided great advice during the negotiation process. The result was that we sold on the first day for above asking! In searching for our next home, Christina patiently showed us dozens of houses over several months, always providing unbiased feedback in a no-pressure environment. She even talked us out of a couple of houses because she knew they weren't right for us. Throughout the process, we were always amazed with Christina's responsiveness - we always felt like we must be her only clients (even though we knew that wasn't the case). Once again, at the end of the process we were thrilled with the result. We got a house that checked every box for us, and even had features that were nicer than we expected. Thanks to Christina's help during the buying and negotiating process, we got the house at a great price, and it appraised for quite a bit more than we paid. We've since recommended Dan and Christina to multiple friends, who have had similar great results. Simply put, if you're buying or selling a house in Midland, don't even think of calling anyone else!

What we wanted in the area we were looking was quite hard to find (we are picky) and she helped us every step of the way. Sold lighting fast! My home was on the market for several months with another agent. I then hired Christina after seeing her advertising on Facebook. She had professional photos taken of my home, offered great advice and the marketing was awesome. My home sold in less than 30 days for full price and the closing took place early.
